Can you ship to my address?
Great news, we ship everywhere! We ship to every country, worldwide. We can also ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, however, transit times may take longer.
When will my order ship?
There is a 1-5 business day processing time for each order; 1-10 business days for the holiday season.

How long before I receive my order?
Orders within the U.S. average 4-7 business days, and 2-3 business days for priority shipping. International orders average 7-14 business days. Express Shipping averages 2-3 business days.
Note: Shipping during the holiday season may be delayed by the carrier.
Who is your shipping provider?
All of our shipping is sent through USPS (United States Postal Service) and DHL Express.
How can I track my order?
Once your order enters pre-shipment, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with your order's tracking information.
Are there any fees if I'm outside of the U.S.?
Some countries may choose to add custom/VAT/handling fees but we rarely experience this. Unfortunately, if your country requires certain fees, we will not be responsible for these charges. Please review your countries import policies.

Do you offer shipping protection?
Yes, customers can opt-in to shipping protection through Route insurance at checkout.
What is Route?
Route is shipping insurance that covers lost, damaged, or stolen items. Protect your order for about 2% of the subtotal of your cart. For more information please visit help.route.com.
Are there other ways to protect my order?
Yes, although Route is our easiest and recommended method of shipping insurance, you can protect your package through the carrier, USPS by choosing Priority Shipping at checkout. Note: USPS Priority Mail only insures packages up to $50.

I love the way this top fits my body :)
I absolutly LOVE the cut on this top! The material is super soft and so confertable and flattering. I got these with the Essential leggings in the same colour and I practically live in them, defenantly need the other colors as well. As a big girl (I bough this top in size XXL), I wish that you would make this exact top in a longer verson as well to give us big girls that want a bit more coverage more lenght. I would also love to see this top with sort sleves. Not because I want to change the original verson but as extra options as I love this top so much, but cant wear the same shirt everyday :-)
